New to GEAR or your first visit?

Gear is held at Club O which is a private membership club 

and so we do have to ask guys to register and have a 

membership number/card. 48hrs are needed - too late sorry.

Details are kept in the strictest confidence.

There is NO entry to non-members on the night.

Please note guys who have registered and have a membership 

number MUST bring 2 forms of ID on your first visit:

something official with your name and something else to verify your address.
(NOTE: We do not record details, just the fact we have checked something.)

What can I wear? Is there a strict dresscode?

GEAR is famous for its friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Part of this is due to guys with casual clothes mixing with fetish men.

There are changing cubicles for guys with leather, rubber, uniforms,

PVC, lycra, sports and naked. There is a secure cloakroom to leave

your coats/bags while you enjoy GEAR's bar and facilities.

(Note that GEAR is a masculine party so sorry no drag/TVs)

Club O is 5 minutes along Old Market from the gay bars,

next to the LA Gym by the Lawrence Hill roundabout:

The venue has 4 arches: full bar, dance area, licensed cinema,

group dark area, range of dungeon equipment, private cubicles,
smoking area, disabled access, on-site parking.

* Just to clarify that Gear membership gets you into Club O on a Gear night.

   Cards given to Gear free (hence no charge). If you want access to Club O 

   on another night their standard membership has the same ID requirement.
